Maintenance Requests
- For non-emergency repairs, submit a maintenance request to the Board:
- Option 1: Fill out a paper form and put it in the Co-op mailbox in the 272 Caroline St S entrance lobby
- Option 2: Fill out a pdf form and send to carolinecooperative@gmail.com. Form available at www.carolinecooperative.com.
- Requests will be assigned a priority ranking
- 1 – Health & Safety
- 2 – Plumbing/Electrical Major
- 3 – Structural Damage
- 4 – Plumbing/Electrical Minor
- 5 – Minor Repairs of Unit Components
- 6 – Cosmetic Repairs
- If the Maintenance Committee is unable to complete the repair, it will be referred to an external tradesperson.
Reimbursement Requests
From time to time, Co-op committee members may need to make small purchases for the Co-op. You must contact the treasurer in advance for authorization.
